Nuovo principio, nuovo giorno, nuovo momento per ricominciare. Ricominciare a volte può voler semplicemente dire rifocalizzare gli obiettivi e non perdere la strada. E' passato il primo giorno del nuovo anno, e sta per cominciare il secondo. Il proposito è NON PERDERE MAI L'ATTENZIONE, nonostante qualunque cosa. Non lasciare che la pigrizia prenda ancora una volta il sopravvento. La modalità è: Non le grandi pulizie di primavera due volte l'anno, ma spolverare un libro al giorno, tutti i giorni e continuare a farlo. spolverare l'anima, spolverare la mente, spolverare l'emozioni. 10 minuti al corpo e in ogni momento essere presenti e coscienti. Non lasciarsi affollare dalla confusione.
