Usually we believe that every changement has to be the foundamental one. The one that changes our lives. The changement that will bring us happiness, the changement which will be the revolution, the enlightement, the truth. We wait for it. We are waiting for the moment we’ll go ahead and change. The magic formula which will give us the final pattern to live “forever in happiness”. And may be it will cost us a great effort. The truth is that going ahead is much more simple. And, as all the simple thigns, we have a great success in making it the more and more difficult to realize. The truth is that the road is made of little steps, a few ones every day, with no giant jumps, that can leave us on a chasm. A few little steps, which arer apparently unimportant to us. The point is not cleaning all our home in one day that make us going ahead, but taking off the dust from one book a day. Every day. And what becomes difficult is Keeping the book clean. Crediamo che ogni mutamento debba essere il cambiamento radicale della nostra vita. Quello che ci porterà alla felicità. Quello che creerà lo sconvolgimento e rivoluzionerà tutto. L’illuminazione. La verità. Lo aspettiamo. Aspettiamo il momento in cui faremo il passo che ci farà cambiare. La formula magica che ci darà la definitiva e lineare situazione in cui vivere “per sempre felici e contenti”. A volte a prezzo di grandi fatiche. In realtà è molto più semplice. Piccoli dolci passi che ci appaiono banali. Non sono le “pulizie di primavera” che ci mandano avanti, ma lo spolverare un libro al giorno. Ed ecco dove diventa difficile, continuare a mantenere il libro senza polvere. Consolidare e mantenere il piccolo progresso fatto. Ogni giorno. Non rischiare di scivolare indietro. ...

It’s not easy remaining on your own path. It’s very easy to be distracted. Expecially when it seems that everything around us is going on reverse. Like a tape where you can hear the words starting from the end. Now it’s time to have a stop. Have stop in spite of the thousands of things to do which are just hanging around. There always be. Have a stop and look inside and let that confusion glide away, and let alignement between inside and outside to come back. It was not an easy month, the last one. I miss nature, and I couldn’t go to look for it. There’s a door which divides what is growing inside, from realizing it, practically. And this door opens blinking, and never on the same path.

Non è facile restare sulla propria strada. E' molto facile farsi distrarre. soprattutto quando sembra che tutto intorno a noi giri alla rovescia. Questo è il momento di dire stop. Dire stop nonostante le mille cose da fare che ci circolano attorno. Quelle ci sono e ci saranno sempre. Guardarsi dentro e lasciare che la confusione si sistemi e ritorni l'allineamentro tra dentro e fuori. Non è stato un mese facile. Mi manca la natura e non ho potuto andarla a cercare. C'è una porta che separa quello che cresce dentro e la sua attuazione pratica. E questa porta, è aperta ad intermittenza, e mai sullo stesso sentiero.

It’s a name which born as a joke more than a year ago to describe a group of: mothers-fiancée- sisters-wives-girl friends, but above all WOMEN, who are standing behind another fantastic group of sons-daughters-fiancées-husbands-brothers-friends, who are the stars of a rugby camp. The female group started to meet, while waiting when it was cold-hot-under the rain-hot sun-wind-while snowing and during with any other weather that brings the rugby players to be happily themselves on the field. The female group looked for a more confortable place where to wait during that one hour and a half-two of time, and there, started to chat. Chatting. Buongiorno a tutti. Cominciamo a dire due parole sul titolo: "Il lato nascosto della forza" E' un nome nato quasi per scherzo più di un anno fa, per descrivere un gruppo vivace di mamme-fidanzate-mogli-sorelle-amiche, ma soprattutto DONNE, che stanno dietro ad un altro gruppo altrettanto vivace, di figli-figlie-fidanzati- mariti-fratelli-amici che sono i protagonisti di un campo da rugby. Il gruppo delle donne ha cominciato a ritrovarsi mentre aspettava al freddo-caldo-sotto la pioggia-al sole-vento-neve e qualunque altro aspetto atmosferico che portava i giocatori a gioire sul campo, cercando a dire il vero un luogo più accogliente che le potesse ospitare durante quella ora-e-mezza-due, e a chiacchierare. Chiacchierare credo sia un'attività fondamentale, da non perdere.
